Was unable to cancel an order the day after ordering even though it had not left their building. Unacceptable customer service.

The product was incredible but the time from order to shipment was quite lengthy with no option to expedite.

I am disappointed in the shipping method. The person I ordered this for is very busy with an ill husband and had to go to the post to pick up my order. I had hoped it would be fresh and welcome for someone who has no time for herself. I think this would have been ideal for her. I have not heard from her how she liked the crate.
The grapefruit was spoiled and the new order will not go out until next week.
