For the second time in the last three years the quality of the fruit was bad. Year before last we had one of the folks we sent the fruit to tell us several pieces had to be be thrown away because they were moldy. Our fruit was okay that year, so we figured it was a fluke. Last year our fruit was not very tasty, it was dry, but we still ate it. This year our fruit came with one moldy piece of fruit, photo below and another piece that was on the cusp of rotting. Although I did not hear from any of the folks I sent it to and we changed from Taster's Choice to a gift box for the one who did let us know a couple of years ago, I am embarrassed at the thought that the others may have gotten the same subpar fruit we received. We have been sending the fruit to friends and family for many years, but this will be the last year we order. .
Grainy and small. Embarrassing gift. See my wife’s response to your customer service dept with absolutely NO response. Not happy

The products are always fresh and are packed well. I will have to mention though this may be the last year I use them, price of product and shipping is getting beyond fixed income reach.

The packaging was very nice but the fruit was not as good. The small oranges were dry and not flavorful.
They sent me an email every day with discount codes for a % off purchase. They did not honor those discounts. I don’t use the company anymore. The product is good. The marketing is Bait and Switch.
