Might I suggest that a picture such as the Advertised Basket (Order) being sent is included; therefore the recipient can see at a glance what was actually ordered!

The 1st 2 oranges we cut into were not good - the pulp appeared to have frozen. We made orange juice from the remaining oranges which was not our intention, but we didn’t want to find more frozen parts. Certainly we intended to eat,, not drink, our oranges, but…… I didn’t really feel your customer service response to my earlier comments on this matter were terribly helpful. I expect we won’t buy from you in the future - this was a very expensive lesson for us.
