Excellent service!
I have used 'Half Bottles' a number of times and their service has always been great. My most recent order was a little delayed due to a supply issue, the communication from the company was swift and clearly explained the reason for the delay. The order was filled and despatched as quickly as they were able and I could not be happier with their excellent and respectful customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Reasonable selection of hard to find product
Had to wait a few days to get all items in stock, but other options given. My only issue was that in tapeing together two large boxes and then having to watch the poor Post Office lady almost expire trying to lift them, (rather than let me behind the counter) I will pick up rather than pay for delivery again. That was just too heavy to be posted as one item.

Wedding purchase
I emailed a few times and recieved great customer service. Order 72x bottles of wine for our wedding and would definately recommend half bottles to everyone.
The bottles are oerfect and price is reasonable.

I'm still waiting for an order
I've rated the service one star because I was promised my wine some time ago, and I still haven't received it. First, because the whole dozen bottles I ordered were not in stock, then I was given a date range, and told the wine had been shipped. I'm still waiting, so I'll deal with what has happened if it ever arrives.

Hi Richard - thank you for letting us know - it is unfortunate that this is the first that we know of any delivery issue with your order and looking at the tracking number we sent you, it appears that unfortunately the package has been damaged on it's journey to you and our logistics people didn't tell us! I've just lodged a complaint with them as a week not telling us is not good enough! And I'm getting one of my team to race over to deliver to you this evening to rectify the situation. As you can understand, occasionally transport issues happen (we ship thousands of package a year) - as soon as we are made aware of any delays on orders, we'll get onto looking after our customers as quick as possible. We will have your wines with you this evening - we hope you understand and enjoy them. Dan (boss man)

Although our order was placed at the height of the very busy season - a few days before Christmas - Half Bottles came to the party and delivered as promised. And you guessed it - we had a party!!
