Delivery was not as ordered:
- Selections which were not in stock were not substituted like for like as promised. Rather a different variety at a lower price was provided instead. Thanks for providing an option to substitute nevertheless.
- One of the other selections was just substituted at will. Whether on purpose or not I'll never know.
Email for customer support was never answered. Phone call to the shop was never answered. Message requesting a call back was never answered.
"Courier" delivery was by Australia Post who had no idea where my delivery was.
But otherwise, the website worked well and the ordering experience was good.

As the owner, it is with disappointment that I read you are disappointed in our service - as you can see from other reviews we seem to hit the mark on service but obviously your order fell through the cracks - especially the lack of response on phone calls and email - I am not happy with that!

Having gone through your order, unless we packed things incorrectly, it appears we packed more value with the two bottles that were swapped out. So I'm a little confused there?
