Brutal. Was oveecharged and immediate asked that my order be cancelled. They came back and said they’d charged me the wrong tax and would refund. Never did. The price on the site (quoted in CAD) is actually the price charged to my card but in USD. Shirt arrived (despite my repeated requests to void my order) and is literally the cheapest polyester sweatshirt you can imagine. It went straight into the bin for Goodwill.
Extremely low quality, screen printed with a black line down the side reached out and they said that it looked correct and there was nothing wrong. If I wanted a refund I would have to pay for shipping back to Singapore. Never shop with this company. Shame on Facebook for allowing their adds
Catastrophic quality, wrong color, below ground customer support. Actually there is no support, they insist that the article is the correct one. I got a completely different color than what I ordered. Customer service without names and pre-typed answers.
