A caring well organised business.
I emailed the company late one evening with a product I had broken (a gift from my sister-in-law) the hope I could replace it without her finding out but unfortunately they no longer manufacture it BUT I cannot fault their response which arrived first thing next morning.
If their quality control is as good as the after sales service then I'd happily do business with them!!

I'm always surprised by the quality and thoughtfulness of Half Moon Bay. Products arrive in immaculate condition, well wrapped without unnecessary plastic. Contents are protected by recycled paper and cardboard, which I can easily recycle once again. Why the surprise that it's so good? Because so many others just don't bother to make sure their customers are satisfied. It's so nice not to have to worry about damaged or poor quality items. Plus I've found the same high quality service every time I've placed an order. This consistency means I can recommend them without hesitancy. Well done Half Moon Bay!
