I’m honestly shocked by the experience my mother had at this shopThe owner, a lady who calls herself Kim,was extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. From the moment my mother walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Her behavior was completely unacceptable  she spoke harshly not only to my mother but also to her own workers, raising her voice and showing a complete lack of respect. What made it even worse was seeing the two reception staff  one Asian young lady and one white women who both looked visibly shocked and scared and stressful 
If the owner treats her own staff this badly, it really makes you question how they can be expected to treat customers with any respect or care.

The fitter was pleasant and tidied up after himself.
He did a good job.
The blinds fit well and look very nice.

I will not recommend Halifax blinds to anyone. They don't know how to deal with customers. Blinds are overpriced, quality no good and fitting is terrible.

Such a liar Halifax blinds my blinds put in by you just over a year age your person who came to measure said 10 years guarantee an when I rang first time to get them fitted in properly I said iv got 10 years guarantee no one told me its only for 12 months then next time I rang as they did a shitty job all of sudden I said 10 years guarantee they don't have my information on computer. An if you dont then why are you offering to fix it for £20 I dont work with crooks im not fake im alerting people to what sort of people run Halifax blinds. Reply back i wrote a review on the experience I had with your company also you told me to leave a review so I did my dealings with you are done!

Went to this company a while ago biggest mistake of my life got scammed the people that work there are nasty and so rude would not recommend

Excellent service from this company, from booking a visit, to the team coming this morning to 2 sets of blinds fitted in the afternoon, thanks to Sam a really polite gentleman with a fabulous work ethic. Would highly recommend thanks you!

Amazing from start to finish. I’ve had a window with 7 perfect fit blinds, 3 others windows consisting of 6 more perfect fit blinds (2 extremely awkward windows). Mario and team made me feel at ease, measured and helped me with choosing the best colours etc, awkward sizes were no problem to them after having them fit today I cannot praise this company enough! They look amazing, quality amazing too. Absolutely no mess made and lovely and polite whilst in my home too! Thank you again! Will be having more 😊

Blinds ordered and fitted within a week. Excellent service and have used them previously with similar experience. Polite and efficient fitting by Sam today. Would recommend using this company who have a wide range of choice for every type of window.

Quick, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Slight hiccup with fabric delivery being delayed but that was due to a bank holiday. Installation date quickly rescheduled and fitter arrived as expected first thing. Quick installation (one vertical and one day/night) in less than half an hour. When we’re due to replace other blinds in the house, we will be back in touch, as good value and the service was excellent.

Punctual on day of quote friendly and attentive excellent value for full house. Sam arrived on the Friday was proffesional and the thing that really impressed me there was a slight problem with a blind he didn't try to bodge and make do. He went straight back to base sorted it out and completed the job my wife and I are very happy with the job well done Halifax blinds I recommend them to anyone

I thought I had already posted a review last year when I initially had my blinds fitted, my apologies I did not, I meant to, moving house is chaotic!

We have had an exceptional experience with Halifax Blinds. We had blinds fitted in every room and every window in our new home and we have been very impressed with the overall look and the quality.

All our visitors have commented on how lovely they are and asked where we had them made and I have gladly recommended you.

Our completion date kept getting pushed back and pushed back and the fitting dates ever-changing and Halifax Blinds could not be more accommodating and understanding, nothing is too much trouble.

We also changed our minds on fabrics, colours and styles, again they were so helpful in helping us make the right choices and getting the correct blinds in place, we were so grateful for their expertise and recommendations.

We can highly recommend Halifax Blinds and all their staff, they are such a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second occasion I have used Halifax blinds, they measured up on Wednesday and fitted on Friday, the price is great the fitting was very fast and they look great, super quality & they recommended a vinyl blind for the wet room so it’s easy to keep clean, I highly recommend this company and it’s friendly staff 👍👍

We wanted perfect fit blinds for our patio doors and having used Halifax Blinds before we contacted them again. Came to measure up. Prices were very good. Wide range of colours to choose from and fitted 2 weeks later. Absolutely brilliant team at Halifax Blinds. Highly recommend

Reliable and professional. They came Friday to measure and agree choice of blinds and price and they fitted them Monday. Great service with polite and friendly staff.
