Great products
I am delighted with the coloured shaker eggs, bell and pram book I purchased, as is my granddaughter (she loves the shaker eggs and they are very helpful at nappy changes!). All three products are extremely well made and were well packaged. Customer service responded very quickly and helpfully to a delivery problem which I now know was out of their control. I would definitely purchase from Halilit again.

Great company that go the extra mile.
Great customer service. Wrong item was sent and they sent correct item out straight away and didn’t ask us to return item that was mistakenly sent, only a small thing, but still a nice gesture. I also said I’d like to have had two different colour of an item that we’d ordered two off (it said colours vary), they sent us a different coloured one and again didn’t ask us to return the other one. Nothing was too much trouble and that’s rare nowadays.

Shape Shakers - A bit of a shame
I know that the Shape Shakers come in various shapes and colours, but I’m a bit disappointed to find all the blue and green ones are the same shape as each other. I hoped that whoever was packing them might have taken more care in their selection and put a bit more variety, I would have been fine with one or two repeats when ordering eight, but six out of eight being the same is a bit of a shame.
