Delivery was timely. Item received in expected condition. I use this device regularly to relieve numbness and pain i experience in my arms due to a compressed disk. I use this now instead of going to the chiropractor for cervical traction and it works very well for me.

It doesn't work correctly
It doesn't work correctly. The first extension doesn't extend and the electrodes on the unit doesn't always work on the neck. They are intermittent. I do not have a way to contact the company to have the nit replaced.

My order was shipped about as year ago. Why are you asking me now? My order took a long time to arrive. Shipped from China? A small neck brace? Then got stuck at UPS because it lacked some kind of import/export documentation. I had to work with your customer service to get that. Customer service was very good, by the way. Due to the lack of paperwork, UPS charged me for every day it was held. Cost me about $125 which is more than the neck brace cost.

a scam, if you don't want to have cervical pain and waste your money, don't buy it! It is one of the worst investments of my life... they should prohibit selling devices that supposedly help you feel better when it is the other way around... health is something too serious to play like that

I still until today have not received my item that I ordered in May. Two months trying to call and email customer support and no replies. They do not answer the phone line either. Terrible terrible customer service. I don’t recommend having to deal with this company. It is exhausting to email and call and get no replies. Nothing worse than no customer service to help or return my money that I spent for an expensive item that I haven’t received.
