The second time around
This is the second time that I have ordered from them as they offered the best price although a bit higher in price this time. Delivery was quick like before. I would recommend them to all who need to purchase salt for their water softeners without hesitation.

Competitive price but some damage in transit and awkward packaging
6 blocks ( 25%) were crushed
The blocks were tightly packed in packs of 3 ( 24 kg) which meant they had to opened ( with some difficulty) before being able to move the blocks to place of storage. Previous suppliers have sent them individually which made it much easier to handle

Value for money
Very quick delivery. Very well packaged. Value for money.
I use to use another supplier, but their prices have increased and the salt was delivered by DPD ,as are yours, but they never packaged the packs and most of the blocks ended up broken. No chance of that happening with yours, as they are well packaged as packs of 3.
Have not used the product in the softener yet, but looking at the salt block I do not expect any issues with it.

Great Customer Service
I ordered block salt from Halite Salts and it was dispatched very prompty. However, the courier company (DPD) messed up completely and delivered only partial order and that too damaged. However, on contacting Halite about the problem, they were very polite and apologised on behalf of the courier company and promptly sent replacement salt in the same week. Their director (Ollie) personally called me to express concern about the experience I had - which obviously was the fault of DPD rather than Halite Salts. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them !

You delivered the wrong salts to start…
You delivered the wrong salts to start with due to your error. You delivered the correct salts fairly quickly but did not take back the wrong ones. I asked can you please pick up these but was told we could do what we want with them. Excuse me but we cannot use these or give them away or sell them, another of your ideas. They take up too much room and are very heavy. THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Can you please organise their pickup and removal from our property ASAP.

Thank you for your review. As you know, we had an issue with our warehouse who sent the wrong salt order to a number of customers. We have addressed this with our warehouse and our immediate priority has been to ensure that the correct salt product is sent out. We are therefore pleased to hear that you have received the correct product quickly. Most of our customers have been able and willing to dispose of the unwanted salt as this is an unusual issue and we have not had to have in place a means of collection. However this is something we are looking into. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We will contact you directly to resolve this.

Great customer service and very quick delivery
Having placed an order it turned up promptly but there was an issue with it so I emailed Halite and they responded very quickly, accepted the issue and it was resolved without any fuss the next day. Very impressed with the customer service and will definitely use them again.
