Unhappy Customer

Halloween Costumes 4 U
I have received unsatified order 9-30-2015 yesterday.
my Cust. ID 423798 INVOICE#1367 date 9/16/2015 MIV# 28015 SKU p33maryjane50 description Halloween costume Patent Mary Jane Platform Shoes color white size 9.
Upon reading my reciept to locate directions to return these too big of shoe and yes it has damage on heel separated at seam and scuff marks along with your inaccurate sizing on line I'm angry and have every right to be.
these shoes need to be returned. I received them yesterday they do fit and are definately not in perfect condition.
The receipt states all items are inspected and non-refundable AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND NOTHING ON WEBSITE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spread the word
