Communication first rate from picking up the car to keeping me informed on the status of the repair to letting me know when they would return it. The repair was excellent and done within three days. For obvious reasons I do not not use repairers very often and Halo were excellent

Excellent service from start to finish. Car collected at arranged time by Maddie, she was extremely helpful. Car taken away and said they would be in touch in how the inspection was going. Repairs carried out to a very high standard and would have never known that a lorry had gone into the back of me. Initially car was going to take 5 days and to my surprise I had my car back within 2 days immaculately cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend Halo great work and excellent and helpful staff

Halo Wakefield came to my house and collected my car following a non fault accident. Tom called me regularly with updates on timescales for collecting my vehicle, when my vehicle would be ready and offered to drop my vehicle off to any place of my choosing for convenience. The entire service from start to finish was so smooth and my car was as good as new within 4 days of them having it.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Halo ARC. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular calls to keep me updated on the progress of my repair, which gave me real peace of mind.
The quality of the repair is outstanding. You genuinely can't tell my car was ever involved in an accident. The workmanship is fantastic, and the turnaround was incredibly quick.

After the second week the lady from reception rang me every day to tell me that my car would be ready more or less the next day but this went on for another week eventually I got back my car 2 weeks and one day after the accident and I’m very happy with the repairs that the garage have done but I did think that the car would be washed as the inside was hoovered out but the outside of the car was still very dirty !!!

Amazing service from start to finish. With my car repaired and returned in just over 24 hours, this is one very happy customer.
Communication was excellent and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful from the initial call through to the delivery.

Halo Westbury were fantastic throughout the whole process. Melissa was amazing at keeping me up to date with the progress and was super helpful on the phone. Symon who collected and dropped off my car and dealt with the courtesy car couldn't have been more helpful. Answered all my questions and was very polite. The staff really are a credit to the company.
