this is the first time I have bought anything within Hamilton Beach, I bought Hamilton Beach Vision Cook 9L, This air fryer is sold at an affordable price within the realms of air fryers and is a brilliant machine, I have read some say they are loud but to be honest it's nothing I wouldn't expect from an air fryer & the fact I can choose from 1 large draw or put the divide in the middle & have different temps & times make it really convenient, Big up yaselves & Ninja eat your heart out 😂 If I ever need any kitchenware then Hamilton beach will deffo be considered, All in All it's a good product 👍🏻

Very good quality products at a great price

Great experience from finding the product, ordering and delivery. My replacement kettle arrived within 24 hours of placing my order. It looks fabulous and is great quality. I also bought a toasted sandwich and waffle maker that's perfect for snacks when my daughter gets back from school. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products too, very premium and such a great price

Two year guarantee

Purchased a toaster in January registered the purchase twice sent proof of purchase twice still waiting for my two year guarantee terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service - initially. Great breadmaker

Terrible customer service - possibly non-existant.
I bought a 19 in 1 automatic bread maker.
It came with a dough hook that for the life of me I could not figure out how it attached. I used the paddle for dough instead. I wrote to them 6 days ago and have not even had an acknowledgement.
I also wrote to them with a copy of my receipt for the warranty 8 days ago and have had zero response.
Update: Did as requested and sent my information to them but no response.
Still waiting for update on dough hook. Agent was looking into it and passed to Tech Dept.
Udate 19/03/2026. Customer Service team certainly pulled through.
So glad to have my Warranty sorted out and also find out that the dough hook is used as a hook to remove the paddle from the dough as it was confusing.
All sorted and changing my review to 4 stars as bread maker itself is excellent.

- WARRANTY: We are happy to confirm that your warranty for the bread maker has been registered on our system and your product will be covered for 2 years. Please visit the product registration page on our website for full details on what is covered by warranty.

- DOUGH HOOK: We have spoken to our technical teams and can confirm that the purpose of the dough hook is to remove the paddle, if it is stuck inside your finished bread loaf. We have emailed you a video to demonstrate this and a link to the most up to date copy of the user manual for your bread maker to assist with this.

Once again, we are very sorry that this has been such a drawn-out and inconvenient process; this is not kind of service we aim to provide. We hope that this update helps resolve these issues for you.

Happy customer.

Initially we purchased a good airfryer that was perfect for our needs but unfortunately the non stick on the tray didn't react well to my husband using a brillo pad on it, surprise! I ordered two replacements which were delivered promptly and I was kept informed of delivery details. Thankyou👍

First time I have used an iron of this type. And to be honest. I won't be going back to any other type of iron. Absolutely amazing steam, my clothes are crease free.

Love the airfryer, warranty activation not so much

Love the airfryer, not noisy at all, I find adjusting time and temp a bit fiddly. There was a discrepancy in the dimensions so I expected it to be bigger. The pictures show different sizes to the written description. I bought direct from the company so found it very odd that I had to send proof of purchase to activate the warranty. I was required to send the invoice that I never received via email, so that was a bit stressful. Not sure I would purchase from you again for this reason
