Paid almost double to have an iten sent out priority to arrive on 2/10/26. It was not sent until 2/9/26 and according to the post office, not scheduled to deliver until the end of the day, 2/11/26. I needed it before the 11th, the day my wife was starting cancer treatment. It's now 7PM on 2/11/26 and it's still not here. Terrible service. It should have been sent out on 2/6/26 to ensure I had it by 2/10/26.

Purchase experience was excellent however the auto placement into a monthly subscription is a bit much. I do not like being pushed into something like that. You need to make this very apparent and easier to opt out of.
