I purchased a bespoke sapphire engagement ring from Hamiltons recently. More specifically I had the pleasure of dealing with George, over at Hatton Garden, who is an absolute credit to the company.
I was so impressed with the service I received throughout, the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.
From the moment I walked into the store, George was so approachable and friendly. There was no pushy, hard selling involved and I felt completely at ease and welcome. Ultimately business is business, but it was immediately clear through the conversations we had that George wanted to get the best end result and the maximum value for my price range, without just trying to sell me anything. You could tell he was just an honest, genuine guy, who takes great pride and care in his work and certainly knew his craft.
George kept me informed of progress throughout and working nearby I popped in store a few times and he was always more than happy to run through things and give me his valuable time.
Buying an engagement ring is a stressful process at the best of times, but I can honestly say George made this a stress free process for me and I knew I was in good hands.
Absolutely over the moon with the end result, the ring is beautiful and we really couldn’t be happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hamiltons and George to anybody. Would not go anywhere else to buy rings now! Thanks again.
