I brought the Shea moisture for baby and it was well packaged and all 4 bottles came in good timing. It’s my 2nd time ordering and I’ve had no problems. My daughter skin is so sensitive to certain products and I can’t find what I need other than ordering it. So I will be making more orders as I can trust them.
Quick dispatch and delivery. Very well packaged. Lastly great price for a hard to find item "Mane 'N' Tail Hoofmaker Hand and Nail Cream. Thanks
I was looking for Aztec Clay and found here with very reasonable price. It was super fast delivery service, received the product within two days. Highly recommended.
Placed an order online however didn't have the greatest experience.
Firstly the website is riddled with spam adverts, you click search and you are re-directed to pornographic adverts. This is very inappropriate.
Secondly the item i ordered was partially out of stock though showing in stock at the amount ordered.
The actual service from despatch to emailing about the out of stock was somewhat acceptable, though all of these emails ended up in my spam folder so it was only when i looked at my emails i noticed. it was Paypal refund confirmation that prompted me to look through my emails.
I have given 3 stars is mainly for the customer service received and for the fast despatch of my order as that part was the only thing i can recommend that was good.
The company delivered five out of six products from an order totalling over £30. When I informed them of the missing product, I was told that the packaging staff said they thought they'd packed the correct amount, so was not offered a refund. Basically they were calling me a liar and thief! After indicating my displeasure and asking for a refund, I was told that the the correct amount of products had been sent! Luckily I'd paid via PayPal, so raised a partial refund request which was granted and the £4.49 was returned. The rep from the company sent me an email stating the refund had been made, but then made the snipe that I'd probably done this sort of thing before! I'm an honest shopper and take great offence at the insinuations made by this company! I've never requested a refund from PayPal before, so am really upset by these derogatory remarks as to my trustworthiness, all over a bottle of conditioner! Who the hell do they think they are? Don't give this company your business!
Update: still lying! Unbelievable, you did not send the correct amount of product, end of!

Dear customer, this is very bad human being reaction. You rise claim that one of conditioner bottle was missing from your delivery. So we investigate the issue and found out we have sent exact amount of product as you ordered. Confirm by packaging staff and CCTV footage during packaging. However still we have issued refund for you as goodwill gesture. Also you need to understand we run a business and receive many false claim through the year. We can't issue refund without investigate the issue. Anyway I wish you best in your life and we will rise and shine as long as we stay in right path. Thanks
