First Time Order

Would not recommend; it has been a nightmare from start to finish to get the package for Easter, which should have been sent on 8th of April, as of 13th of April, still no package!

Beautiful gift ideas and excellent customer service

We ordered four of the beautiful afternoon tea hampers for our treasured team. They were all absolutely delighted - one of the team saying she had tears in her eyes on receipt of the gift! They were beautifully presented and full of delightful goodies.

Naomi was so helpful when I realised I had inputted the wrong address for one the deliveries and managed to contact the courier and have the hamper returned to be reprocessed in such good time.

Thank you! We shall use you again!

Speedy delivery

Although i did not pay for express delivery it was still delivered next day. I cannot comment on the quality of the hamper as it was a friend of friend from my recommendation of previous hampers.

Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient.
Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality as recipient has not tried them yet.
Edit- received a very nice response from the company, unfortunately the signing was the fault of the delivery company. Can't put 5 stars at the moment as have not tested the goodies.

Great gift for a good time

Hampers are just too small

Hampers are just too small

As some reviews have mentioned, you are getting a smaller box than you think. The website doesnt show the dimensions clearly so you think you're getting a nice big box. The items are also very small. Would i use again, yes, but at least i now know what im getting
