Hey Sharon, I’m confused at the 1 star review and comment no customer service? You ordered a hamper and card and missed the front of the card on your order so I emailed you while I was in the office on Sunday doing some admin, and you replied. I had left by that stage and replied back on Monday when we officially re open after the weekend. I sent you the link to the delivery details that you requested. You replied asking me to explain the delivery estimated time and I sent you a breakdown of the handy table for estimated time based on when you placed the order. This is located on the website for you. My reply was in 4 minutes. That’s the last email that was sent, there was no outstanding email for us to reply and all emails were replied to. I can see that the hamper was dispatched Monday the 25th when we opened and delivered the next day on the 26th so why a 1 star review and a comment of no customer service when this is blatantly a false statement. I will be reporting this as this is not fair to our small family business to leave false information on our review page!

The hamper items were exactly as I ordered it, everything would be eaten or drank so I was happy. it was also so easy to track when it would arrive which it did perfect timing as needed it for my sons birthday

Service and postage was fine
Service and postage was fine, but the hasetts biscuits in the gift basket were horrible, tasteless and dry, not the rich and delicious treats I was hoping for for my husbands birthday gift. Also nowhere near worth the 80 euro I paid. I also think the better type of choccies for an expensive gift basket would be lindt or swiss chocolate not those awful Lily Obrians. Ill never buy anything with either of those brands again.

A nice selection of sweets
A nice selection of sweets, however the Personalized box was crudely sellotaped shut so it had to be torn open. I hoped it could have been kept.....a ribbon tie or circular seal sticker would look and function much better on the gift box....just my opinion. Paid for express delivery on the Wednesday evening but it wasn't delivered until the Monday, so it missed my son's birthday.

Hey Caroline, many thanks for your review. I checked the delivery and you did place the order on Wednesday but at 7.04 pm while we had closed. The website states that you must place your order before 2pm for same day dispatch and the delivery times are estimated as it goes to an post. It was posted on Thursday when we opened. On the Sellotape, this is just a piece of tape to stop the cardboard box from opening in transit and becoming ruined. it is meant to be torn off to open the box and revel the sweets. Thank you
Not presented as a hamper-misleading shop name
I had hoped it would be delivered & presented as a hamper for my sisters birthday. Instead she got a cardboard box left in her green bin. The contents were exactly like their description online but the presentation was below par. She was happy with her present but I was very disappointed with the surprise I had planned for her.

Hello Mary, many thanks for your review. The item you purchased was not a hamper. It was a gift set, ie a set of gifts that we reduced the price for you as it’s part of a set. It is not a hamper and is not advertised as that. It’s called Birthday Gift Set - Happy Birthday to you, and has an image of what to expect on the website. We ship in a shipping box to protect the items in transit. Some people request items to be left handy should they not be home - the local an post man delivers it so could have been the case here
