What an amazing team. The work was completed quickly and very professionally. The windows and door look amazing. The finish was perfect. No mess left at all. Just such a good job and an amazing price. We are just so thankful. Would recommend Dan, Dean and son.

Rude and threatening man. He seemed very nice at first but after he left, for some reason I just can’t think of he simply didn’t want to supply the FENSA certificate. Dan gave one excuse after another. After 4 months I asked him again and he was unbelievably rude making personal comments about me and my wife. Even asking for teh Keys was taken to offence. He only gave us a few keys and said “Ahh that key will work on them all”. I had to explain that we wanted a key for each window. That didn’t go down well.
All we wanted was the FENSA certificate and Invoice. After 3 months and phoning him about 4 times, he blocked my number. I had to call from a friends mobile.
So I complained to Fensa. And he finally did a certificate but made sure it was wrong, it missed off 4 windows. Trying to get Dan to amend the certificate was awful. For some reason, he just didn’t want to fix it. I’m guessing he didn’t want proof of him actually doing the job? I have no idea really.
FENSA did an inspection and it failed spectacularly.
Dan then went on another rant saying Fensa are wrong, and he knows better than them. Finally, he agreed to fix the problems, but it would take another couple of months. (By now this had been going on for 5 months)
He wouldn’t fix the Fensa certificate until he finished the repairs that Fensa said to do which was totally unnecessary. He then became belligerent with Fensa asking them to point out EXACTLY where to put trickle vents. (He should know this).
So needless to say I was not happy. I was also suspicious of him avoiding giving me an invoice He wants all payments in his personal bank account. Not the company account on the quote, When I asked for an invoice. He then said that I asked for him do it cash (Lies) and if I wanted an invoice, I would have to pay the extra for the VAT that he was illegally dodging! (this has now been reported). He then went off on another rant and made loads of baseless accusations, all of this was total lies, saying i mistreated his staff and many other things.
This nightmare took more than 7 months to sort out. I never did get my invoice!

We are now left with replacing all the cheap and broken trickle vents of varying types (they don't match) all around the house and repairing all the cracks in the ceiling and walls.
The man is a bully and tries to intimidate. So if you want, keys for windows, matching trickle vents, FENSA certificates, or even invoices. He’ll get angry.

My advice is keep clear!

UPDATE: Dan has now seen the review and sent us more abusive emails. I have snapshot of the email and posted it to his Google images page, check in his Google reviews/images. FYI Dan, I have blocked your emails. Any more abusive messages and I will report you to the police. do not contact us ever again.

UPDATE: As i blocked Dan's abusive emails he has decided to send more abusive emails to me from his private email. I have snapshot the email and posted it to his Google images page, check in his Google reviews/images. He is also calling me from private numbers and leaves abusive messages. (I didn't even listen to them) I have no interest in anything you have to say. Not very professional Dan!! I think you should reflect and try and do better in the future. (This email is also blocked) One more email or phone call and I am going to the police This is now harassment!

Keep Clear of this extremely aggressive character!!!
