My upgrade was not honored because I booked through booking.com and I lost my accommodation. I had to scramble at 1:00am to find a room at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. They were professional, courteous and helpful.
Be careful paying for upgrades through the Hampton app when your original booking was made on booking.com.
This was a stressful and mishandled situation by Hampton Inn and Suites, GA, 6440 East Johns Crossing, Johns Creek, GA 30097, United States that tested my patience and caused me to behave in a manner that is not reflective of my Christian values.
