Dear Hamuch Team,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an individual who contacted me after I requested a quote via your platform.

The person in question is associated with The Kitchen Appliance Doctor / The Fridge Doctor, based at 13 Wellington Lane, Farnham GU9 9BA. The phone number used to contact me was 07973 233903.

Following a standard query about their work and a request for some references or reviews, I received a highly racist and offensive message in response. The language used was not only unprofessional but blatantly discriminatory and deeply inappropriate.

For your reference and investigation, I have attached two screenshots:

A Google search confirming the business details.
A screenshot of the offensive iMessage exchange.

I believe this conduct is in clear violation of your platform’s terms and is entirely unacceptable. I urge you to investigate this matter urgently, consider removing this individual or company from your listings, and confirm what actions you intend to take to protect potential customers from further abuse.

I've started using Hamuch recently and very happy with the quality off leads and support they offer.

a simple phone call to welcome me was an eye opener, they really do try and help all engineers.

Used guide of plumbers,citing GNS charging £35 hourly,just used them,asked to pay more than double,£75 plus vat=£90 per hour,please update your website
Job was simply to change bath taps,which I supplied,GNS then billed me for 3 hours work,really?

Easy to use platform - good communications

As a heating and plumbing engineer, summer can be a quiet season unless you’ve got big contracts lined up. That’s why we gave Hamuch a go — and I’m glad I did.

Within a couple of days of joining, we started receiving steady leads straight to my phone — not just emergencies, but solid refurbishment work too. We landed a bathroom job early on and quickly made back more than my monthly investment.

The portal is simple to use, and the quality of jobs has been decent so far. Communication has been clear, and we have found the clients to be genuine and quite respectful too 🙂.

Chris fitted a new front door lock. He was very knowledgeable about the best lock to use. He was efficient and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using him again. I’m a very satisfied customer.
