I brought a Camillo wool sweater and have washed it twice. It has now shrunk to a child's size (having been fairly oversized before) and has become felted. I washed it according to the instructions sewn into the sweater - 30 degree wool wash. I now can't wear it and I'm very disappointed as it was fairly expensive.
Ordered item on Saturday afternoon, arrived in Ireland on Tuesday. Excellent service
Everthing was prefect, solely the cost for the return were very high from Germany. Maybe they should change there return conditions.
