Everything I order was perfect! Will order again!

Great communication and interaction with Jeff Boleware. He is always available to me when I have questions about ETA Hand2mind resources.

My team and I felt like this was a very useful and beneficial math and science tool. It gave the children a hands-on experience, while giving the opportunity to explore, use higher level thinking and participate in independent discovery.

I love Hand2Mind products! I have purchased many over the years, and I have NEVER been disappointed.

Easy online buying experience, followed up by shipping confirmations. In a recent purchase, when one item was unavailable, I was notified by email with a request to contact them about re-ordering. Items received were good quality and I'd definitely order again. The items leave their facility quickly but the biggest hurdle is getting through customs into Canada without delays and reaching a rural destination with postal delivery (none of which are the company's fault).

There products are very good and ship quickly and arrive in a timely manner.

Quick response time in receiving a quote. Quick delivery unless item is on back order. Excellent products so far and great Science Supplies.

Customer service has been great! They have helped resolve a few problems and also recommended items that work great in my classroom. I love most of the products we have purchased from ETA! The only issue I have had is with flashlights that we ordered for our EC classroom. These were labeled for early childhood use and they are so flimsy we had to contact the company within a couple weeks to get them all replaced. Upon replacement, we had one roll off a short table and break on the carpet.

When calling to order merchandise or online ordering it is fast and easy. We usually get our orders right away with no mistakes.

I had to wait the full delay before the items arrived, and so were not usable during summer school. Perhaps you should make these items available as e-books, so they could be downloaded immediately after purchase.

no export , poor refund speed

I had great service from ETA, but unfortunately they do not ship overseas and when I contacted a carrier, it was too expensive to ship myself- pity as the product looked very good.

I love the activities and materials. The drawback is having to access the student materials only online. I wish the masters were in the books.
