Very poor experience
I bought three liners, two which fit very poorly ( as in the bag shape looks weird and it doesn't sit right) and one that doesn't fit the bag it was supposed too nor another bag I thought it was for due to the fact it didn't fit the first bag. All three are poorly made, I could get it from Temu for better quality and no loose threads.
They state on their website to get in touch with any issues, yet they can not be bothered to address them and state non- refundable. Extremely disappointed with them and if I save one person from wasting their money I am happy.
In reply to your response it is not for effect at all, I ordered three liners for the bags you state on your website will fit, two are a poor fit and one does not fit that is not my error, that is yours that you fail to take responsibility for. I also returned the bag as it was faulty and have ordered another so try again with your excuses. If you try your best, you don't fob customers off for YOUR mistakes. Take some customer service training along with improving quality of your items.

We are in receipt of your review.
As stated in multiple places on our website we only accept returns/exchanges when the fault is our own. All our products are bespoke & handmade and this is why we have the policy in place.
In this case you contacted us regarding the fit issue of one of the liners. We then asked for some photographs of the issue to help us better identify what may of happened. Which you could not supply as you have returned the handbag.
To state we were "not bothered" is not correct. We tried to help as best we could, email communication went back and forth for the whole day.
In regards to your comments on our quality - this is simply for effect. We have been credited on our craftsmanship, our handmade liners are always of the highest quality. You did not mention "loose threads" in your initial enquiry and this is simply false.
The handbag liners you received were the correct sizes and therefore we could not help any further. We do feel as though you returned the handbag in question and no longer needed the organiser.
We receive many requests to return our items when customers decide they don't want to keep the bags they have purchased or simply ordered the wrong size, but this is no fault of ours and therefore we must stand by our no returns policy.
We are sorry you wont be returning and that you feel its best to shop elsewhere.

Bought a liner for my new LV speedy
Bought a liner for my new LV speedy, it arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.
The liner itself appears to be well made and fits absolutely perfectly in my bag, I ordered the fuchsia pink to add a pop of colour.
Had one incredibly minor issue where part of my order was missing, the customer service team at handbag angels solved this within minutes with zero fuss.
Cannot fault either the product or customer service and would definitely use again without hesitation.
