Poor customer service

I ordered two bouses from this company 10 days previously.Payment was taken by visa but the blouses never arrived. Having had no response via email I contacted the shop who said they couldn’t help as dispatch was in a separate building but took my details and said would pass them on. The next day I got a blunt email from them stating ‘returned by evri’ then another stating ‘customer had requested refund’-which I hadn’t. And still waiting on refund for my visa.Very disappointed in this company,I’m all for supporting small businesses but not when the service is this poor. Give this company a miss.
