I think this company have started again as RYMAofficial.com. A scam company. Raffia shoes. Lots of emails saying shoes will be there in seven days or refund, but no shoes and no refund. When I complained on their Instagram site, they closed it down. @rymatm. 🥺

Very similar experience to others
Very similar experience to others. Shoes never received but I was charged for them! It's been 6 months of them occasionally emailing me back to say that the "shoes are on the way" or "they're lost and will be resent" or they'll "give me a refund in 5 days." ALL LIES. DO NOT order from this company! They are a total sham.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes eventually 1 pair arrived but invoice stated that both pairs were in my shipment. Immediately sent email and was told second pair would arrive in 1 week. It's been two months since then and nobody is returning my emails. There site pops up as untrustworthy.

Disappointed!
Ordered two pairs raffia shoes/sandals in April. They sent to wrong address in another state. Recent correspondence received in July I would have order by July 1. Today is July 18! Poor communication, no order. Very disappointed!
