I do not have a problem with your service I get ceiling lifts fixed at good pace and they are efficient when they come and they explain what has to be fixed

The repair service is timely and efficient, parts are always available for repairs with little to no wait time.
Our Territory Rep is always available via phone or email and response time with enquiries is always timely and he always has the answers.

Repairs required on the equipment and preventive maintenance is always done in a timely manner. Only concern is long wait times for receiving new slings and parts for mechanical lifts. Most times, these are not readily available and wait times can be long.

All was good except tech did not know what level service we had and it caused us a little confusion...that we where being charged for replacement part.
It was caught early so it was good...in future please be aware of this as we don't want to go through this again...maybe next time it could be missed.

Technician seems to be friendly and knowledgeable, was able to provide useful information. He conducted a very thorough inspection of the equipment as well an inventory list of necessary parts and material to either repair or replaced. Although I'm still waiting for the final summary report but all in all it was very satisfactory. Job well done.

Handicare has been very flexible and responsive in servicing our lift equipment during this challenging time with the shifting Hospital environment due to COVID precautions and restrictions. The Handicare teams continues to exemplify professional quality and dedication to support our front line team and ensure the equipment is available for patient safety. Their team has been a pleasure to work with and continues to go above and beyond to support our site.

My responce is not about recent visits but overall experience for the past 5 years. Like most service providers in this industry its chalenging to maintain staff that have knowledge in the equipment they are servicing, a good understanding of social awareness, as well as a strong work ethic. My opinion is Handicare has some of these chalenges as most do. The equipment is 8/10 the sales representatives are not anoying me all the time but are there when i need them, thats a bonus.
