Always good service, speedy delivery and love the Art Deco chrome handles.

I had made quite a few orders from this company for our entire house build recently. Our entire door homes door handles/ locks/ kitchen cabinet handles/bathroom cabinet handles, all have been ordered from them and I must say I’ve been very impressed. Prices are competitive, huge choice and availability, delivery was quick and items well packaged. Had issues with some faulty locks (which was manufacturers fault-not theirs) and they replaced it quickly and I received it within 2 days! They have been brilliant which is rare given all the other places we’ve ordered items for and constantly had to chase deliveries, missing items etc.
Thank you Handles4u for your wonderful customer service and stress free approach. I won’t be ordering handles from anywhere else!

They advised me of a delay during Covid and offered a refund but i was happy to wait as the handles and knobs looked beautiful.
they kindly sent me my order in 2 lots to cause minimum delay.
i am so happy i waited the extra week as i am chuffed with my brass kitchen cabinet door knobs and handles.
i have been very lucky as i have contacted Handles 4 U for advise and each person has been very helpful.
i would highly recommend.

*Update regarding my comment about the screws supplied ... contrary to my initial comment, I've found the screws to be fine IF after drilling pilot holes, a screw of the same diameter is first screwed into the holes to create a starter thread. As long as the screw is driven in evenly and straight the supplied screws are fine.
Lovely handles that feel well made and look good on the door, however the screws are a let down and in my opinion are of poor quality with the heads being off centre. The handles were centralised and clamped before drilling the mounting holes with a self centering bit, but when the screws are driven in you can see the backing plate move due to the off centred heads which puts the handle out of plumb, and unnecessary tension on the spindle and mortice. Trying to source similar screws is proving problematic unfortunately.
Delivery was within the timescale given and the items were well packed.

Order took over a week to arrive despite me checking with customer services and being promised a completely different date. I appreciate supply chains are stretched at the moment, but even the promised date was longer than normal deliveries and if you are going to promise a new date then at least stick to it. This wasn’t an insignificant value of an order.

Placed an order which I needed within their stated delivery timeline.
After a couple of days contacted them as no email confirmation of shipment.
They said the order hadn't left as a couple of small items short, I said please ship as is, as I needed them this weekend, got them the next day.

Expensive delivery charge + slow dispatch time = frustrated customer

A few days after placing an order I had an email to say one of the items was out of stock. I asked for a refund for that item but they refunded me less than what I paid for that item.

When I received the rest of the order I had to send something back which was around £80 in value. I sent it tracked and it was signed for by them. Until this day I have never had a refund for the return. This was back in January.
They were contacted but no response.

Personally I think they are thieves. I would not order from here. Be warned. My card provider are looking in to it but it should never come to this where it creates hassle for a customer.

I was a little worried after reading some of the most recent reviews but received my order quickly and all items were good quality.

From the date of ordering it took 10 days, so delivery was slower than I was expecting, there is information once you have placed your order to confirm there may be some Brexit related delays. The product were fine and arrived in good condition. My only feedback is the communication from handles4u could be much better, I chased them via email purely because I saw such poor trust pilot reviews but I have never got a reply. In this current climate communication with your customers is so important as customer are very needy, stuck at home, we need to know when we are going to get our order, we need you to answer our emails, Brexit is no excuse for not communicating with your customers if my order is going to be late, that’s fine just tell me, communication is more important than ever, especially if you want repeat business from us.I want to like you Handles4u

We ordered (and paid for) 20 handles. They only sent 18 handles. We didn't think it was difficult to count up to 20 but apparently it is.

Tried calling them but there is no phone number on their website.

Ordered cup handles and knobs from these guys - fairly long wait for delivery but understandable in the current climate. However, I am unsure as to how covid affects answering a phone - pretty sure call forwarding to home phones is basically free?

Anyway, handles and knobs are great - only issue was the decorative flat head screws supplied for the handles were softer than butter, and even when carefully piloted and pre-threaded with a pilot screw they were shearing off (In solid oak shaker kitchen doors)

They did reply to my email quickly and eventually sent me some more useless screws - I ended up replacing all the screws with another brand as I didn't trust these not to disintegrate on warm day.

The main issue was the door and draw fronts that had sheared off screws in them - as a top brand kitchen it was not cost-effective to order replacements so they had to be carefully drilled out filled and re piloted. Took half a day of my time to do so not ideal.

Great range of products and they did send out replacements but I hope they do better quality checks in the future!
