Handles arrived on time and are exactly what I anted

Don’t bother with this company they do not reply to any issues!! I have emailed them many times! Returned the items with the returns note. Tracking stated delivered on the 8th Sept but no refund or even a reply?

They don't reply to emails, they say items are in stock when they clearly are not. We sent items back and received a credit which was incorrect by a large amount. Handles currently 12 days late, no reply to emails. Poor service. Update - We have now spoken with a representative of this company and are waiting for a solution. I will update accordingly.

Seemed like a good company at first with quick delivery & response times.
However, the response time became non existent once I had a damaged part and they would not respond.

Sometimes difficult to assess the quality on line.

At £12 per set of handles they looked good and was not disappointed when they arrived, great quality.

Couldn't fault. Ordered £400 worth of handles and ironmongery for new house doors, all zoo stainless steel. arrived within a week all in perfect condition and well packaged. when contacted the guys responded quickly and helpfully. would recommend as a quality independent online retailer. thank you.

I have had to leave a review for this Company as they are absolutely superb. Price, and quality, goes above any expectations that I had. They are also well packaged and delivered very very quickly.

Good service. Good product. Good value.

Placed an order in the last week of January and waiting for it still almost 2 weeks later.
The website of their elected delivery service DHL each day says it'll be delivered but never is and now says it's returned to sender.
When contacting Handles4U the phone line is permanently engaged.
I've now sent a message and wait on hearing on what's happening with my order.
Pretty damn shoddy.

Call to check stock before placing an order with Handles4u they will let you down! They have let me down!

Still havent received my handles which I paid for on the 17th of October. They sent me incorrect handles and when I wrote to them about the same, they said they will send the correct ones soon. I am still waiting! They aren't even responding to my emails. Avoid this company as its not reliable. Feeling disappointed.

Very pleased with the set of handles I ordered. They arrived promptly, are lovely quality and were very reasonably priced. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again and would give them 6 stars if I could.

I rang Handles4u and got the recorded message that "all our sales representatives are out of the office between 12:00 and 13:00..." so I left a message with my number asking for a call back re some questions about a door handle of theirs.
I received no call back and when calling later an automated system put me through to sales where I was greeted by another voice message asking me to leave a message which I did.
I never received any call back despite the order being for circa £200 of door handles and fittings.
I suspect this company is 1 guy who packages up orders and doesn't care or have the time to answer the phone, possibly he's only there a few days a week when he has enough orders to make it worth his while.
Terrible customer service

Handles I ordered were very good quality. Great price. Will definitely order again.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size, rang to change twice, left message, no response. Downloaded returns form from website and sent back. Completed as replacement required. Have not heard anything despite parcel being received. Tried calling again, and using online contact form. Not a dickie bird. Appalling customer service. Now out of pocket with no handles.

Great quality product and amazing price - our builder who is very hard to please and never gives out compliments said what good quality they are and they add the perfect finishing touch to our kitchen - 5 stars
