Misleading advert but order cancelled without quibbling
Their advert misled me into thinking that the rose diameter was 64mm when it was 54mm (this just possibly might have been down to me mis-reading things but I don't think so). They did read the comments I attached to my order and acted accordingly. This meant that they didn't have to dispatch my order and I didn't then have to return it. They had problems receiving my emails that no one else suffers. They agreed to cancel my order and refunded my money without qubibbling.

Happy with my purchase
The handles that I ordered were exactly what i wanted. I've got an old kitchen and some of the handles were broken or missing so I was very pleased to be able to source the exact same handles and when they arrived they were identical to what I alreay had so I bought a few spares as well. Only criticism would be the massive screws that came with them which were too big to use and appeared to be too big for most types of doors/cupboards - but not a problem as I had some suitable ones and any type of screws supplied could easily have been the wrong size. I would buy from this company again.

Great product, very good service.
Would definitely use this company again and I'm really pleased with my purchase (Finesse pewter door handle). However would have preferred a slightly faster service as it takes a couple or weeks for this product to arrive.

Fantastic selection, good value and speedy service!
Found site on a search for a particular product which was in stock and being sold at the lowest price! Saw what a great selection of knobs they had at fantastic prices. Purchasing over net was easy. Communication was good and service was very speedy. 5 star - thanks!!

Great quality, cheap and fast delivery
Can't recommend these guys enough. We bought about 20 door handles for our new house, and these were definitely the cheapest. The exact same handles in homebase were twice the price. Packaging and delivery also great!
