I suspect this is a scam website, i certainly got scammed.
I've been waiting forever for my order - i constantly emailed looking for my items and got a reply most of the time (from what i now suspect to be a bot) and was told how so sorry they were and how fustrating it all all must be for me - but when i demanded a refunded i got an email saying that they couldn't do that as it had been dispatched. But yet they wouldn't give me a tracking number for my order or a date of dispatch.
I usually read reviews on reddit or trustpoilot when using a site that i haven't heard of, and i stupidly forgot this time.
Please don't make the same mistake that i did - it cost me £190 😓😓😓

Every 5 star review is from a Bot or someone with only 1 review...for this company...in total.

Everyone else, one star. They never sent the handles ordered at over £1,500 and will now not communicate. Paypal, Trading Standards and Police have all been notified of fraudulent Internet Sales scam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This company is a scam. I never received my order, and they do not answer emails or phone calls. I have opened a case with the police and am also pursuing the matter through PayPal. Please avoid buying from this company and be very careful before placing an order.

Never ever purchase any items from them, you will never get your purchase items, is the worst decision i made.

Handle Shop Couture has a great selection of products. When I received my initial order, I was so impressed with the quality of the solid satin brass that I went looking around my house for places to use them other than in our kitchen remodel. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful as well!

I'm going to add my name to the list of people saying to stay away from this store. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, but 2 handles were missing. Now I'm jumping through hoops trying to get the missing pieces. Before you buy something from them, read the Return policy! A 20% restocking fee IF it can be returned and shipping to China.

My cupboard pull still hasn’t turned up after a month. Handleshopvotour has not responded to my 2 emails.
I’m off to Bunnings to buy handles! Thanks a lot

After 2 months waiting and multiple emails, all of which saying "We appreciate your patience, rest assured your order will be with you soon" nothing had arrived and no update on the shipping.
Ended up cancelling and asking for a refund (which I'm still waiting to be processed).

Stay Far Away. I ordered my item on April 13, by June 23rd i still had no updates on shipping despite numerous attempts to get in touch and being placated by AI style infuriating responses. They JUST informed me that they cannot ship to my location. Incompetent, inept, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

After purchasing from here we then read the Trust Pilot reviews and had an uh-oh moment, however our experience was amazing from start to finish.
The items we purchased were noted as manufactured to order, which was not a problem (I wonder if others have failed to note this?). We placed the order on the 2nd of June and they were delivered on the 17th of June to New Zealand. The handles were packaged exceptionally well and are of excellent quality, we put them on in the weekend and we could not be happier.

Awful return policy - buyers beware. I lost a huge amount of money when a product arrived defective and was unable to be used for built-in installations. Video and pictures were sent to show the issue and reviewed by a very nice customer service rep and in the end they wanted to send me pieces to repair the defect after I no longer needed the product cause I had to move forward with production weeks ago. They appear to be more focused on ensuring they don't have to refund the money even if that means sending more pieces that can 'potentially' fix the issues (that's TBD... no word on that, not that it will matter anymore) If you buy something that's single piece, you might be lucky as I did get 20% of my order right but the rest is garbage. If you're not spending much and can live with the loss of hundreds of dollars, this is the place to shop.

55% negative reviews....say no more..move along and use and ACTUAL reputable company. not these shady thieves.

This is a scam site. We placed an order (HSC # 30808) for cabinet hardware. We never received the product, got auto-generated emails saying that they will look into it when we tried to inquire. When we called the phone number, saying that we would like to place additional orders, a guy called back. When we asked about our order, he would say that he would look into it or that the product would arrive the next day. It never did nor did we receive any information about the status of the product or the shipment. From our experience, it is total scam.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM HANDLE SHOP COUTURE!! They don't honor coupons, they take an enormous amount of time to ship the product because ITS COMING FROM CHINA, and their customer service is ridiculous. I battled this company for nearly 2 weeks when Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong address and verified with me that they could not locate my package. HSC performed their own investigation and concluded I needed to go ask my neighbors for the package. Fed Ex confirmed they would reimburse HSC for delivery error, but HSC REFUSED to reimburse me. Thankfully, PayPal stepped in and refunded me the full amount, which was significant. SHADY COMPANY...SHOP ELSEWHERE!

3 months late and finally arrived Too bad they are the wrong size

The service I received were great, prompt delivery and very excited when I received the handles, they were just what I wanted and unable to source here in NZ.

Misleading conveyance of information and specs on their website. Wording of the listing was ambiguous and the error was not identified until the item was received in mail. Brian acknowledged that he can see how customers may interpret the wording on the website incorrectly (because they are misrepresenting ) but refused to correct the situation with a refund

I ordered a door stop from Handle Shop Couture – the MOGLE / Knurled Brass Door Stop in brushed nickel. I'd just installed a new front door for my house and wanted something beautiful as the doorstop to protect the wall it opens onto instead of the standard ones you can purchase in a big box hardware store. It's so well made and super solid. Should I need any additional hardware, I would purchase from HSC again.

AVOID THIS CHINA BASED COMPANY! SEND INCORRECT/INCONSISTENT FINISHES & DON'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE

Firstly they pretend they're US based, but they are in China.
They claim their shipping time is 7-9 days, but its actually 4+ weeks.

We placed a bespoke order from them after ordering a sample handle first to ensure we were happy with the finish.
The bespoke order was meant to have a 6 week lead time, ended up being a 10-12 week lead time.

The items then arrived in the wrong finish.

At the time of receipt we raised this issue at which point they initially told us they were sending us a replacement order.
8 weeks later they sent us the wrong size handles and we've been chasing this for months now.

The correct replacement handles never arrived, they stopped replying to our emails and our clients are left with wrong handles which cannot be replaced easily as we made the doors EXACTLY to suit the handles ordered.
£1,500 down the drain, legal procedures have begun & still no response / resolution from the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Misleading glossy website with fake reviews, and the delviery times are also fake. I ordered the handles over 1 1/2 month ago and they still haven't arrived there communication is deliberately vague and misleading. massive regrets already and I haven't even received the items yet!
