The staff at this food outlet at meadowhall nr sheffield seriously need retaining or just sacking, especially the manager... they spend so much time laughing and joking with each other that the customer seems to be an inconvenience. The service was spotty at best, we waited 15 minutes to order only to be told that there were no hotdogs, which wrote off half the menu... and to cap it all off, we realised after we left that a 10% discretionary service charge was added to our bill without consent or approval... I call that fraudulent.
The refill drink is billed as a pint and came in an 8oz glass, we did ask for a refill and the manager took the glass away, it was never refilled and when we pointed it out the manager just shrugged. As this is a trading standards issue, I will be getting in touch with them.
The staff did apologise, no sincerity.
Never going to eat there again!!!
Bad experience altogether!!!

Takes ages to get the order served! It took them more than 40 minutes to serve the first item. I could see so many staff and not many customers, but still had to wait a lot. And they forgot one of the item we had ordered. Don’t know what’s going on. We were regulars before the pandemic. It used be a good place. Location Meadowhall Shopping center. Time was 7:30 on a Saturday night.

Doesn’t pay their staff. Disgraceful company do not eat here. They closed down the Solihull branch and still haven’t paid the staff what they are owed. Legal action has now been taken. Be sure we will be collecting damages too.

We had a lovely impromptu meal after Nandos next door being full and just plain rude.

Handmade burger Co were very accommodating and dealt with the order changes due to my Childrens autism and food specifications very well!

The manager was lovely as was our goth waiteress with perfectly winged eyeliner and green hair.

Food marvellous, staff marvellous … only nit pick is that military discount isn’t accepted on the weekends, & that’s the only family time we have.

I go to Handmade burger regularly and the burgers are by far the best I have ever tasted, the relish on the classic burger is amazing! Great experience every time I go as the food is always great and the service is always equally great too. I highly recommend going!

Our local Handmade Burger Company's in Touchwood shopping centre, Solihull. We've used them for the past 2 years, mostly on Saturday lunch times and around once every 2 months. The staff are fab and always accomodating, we have triplets and they always sort us out a big table and 3 highchairs. For us it's a perfect place to eat and it's child friendly, the food is always amazing too, especially the barbeque burger! Highly recommeded. x
