Regular customer, no issues to begin with, paid extra for insurance on each order and always arrived a week after placing the order. My last order however arrived in the UK on 20th May and I never received it, contacted customer service and they told me to contact my local postal service, I did that and they told me they have no further information on the parcel. I've contacted the company 3 times since then and not had a single reply, the customer service is appalling. If you have any issues with your order you will just be ignored and not offered any solutions and I would therefore recommend avoiding purchasing from them.

As you can see from the official Parcel Force tracking information, your shipment was dispatched internationally on 19 May and arrived in the United Kingdom on 20 May.
The latest tracking update states:
“Your parcel has arrived in the UK. It will soon be sorted and on its way to our delivery depot, although some parcels do require customs clearance prior to this.”
This generally indicates one of two possibilities:
1. The parcel may still be undergoing customs processing.
2. Alternatively, given the length of time that has passed, it is highly possible that the shipment has been retained or seized by UK customs authorities.
Under normal circumstances, customs processing would usually have been completed by now.
However, we can confirm that Shipping Protection was purchased with your order. As stated in our Shipping Protection Policy, if a shipment is lost, seized, or otherwise fails to reach the recipient, a replacement shipment may be provided free of charge subject to the applicable conditions.
In situations involving customs seizure, Border Force UK would normally send an official notification letter to the recipient. If the shipment has been seized, this letter would explain the action taken by the customs authorities.
If no such letter has been received within one month of dispatch, your order becomes eligible for a free replacement shipment under the Shipping Protection coverage. An email regarding this matter has also been sent to you.

Quality Service - Would use again
Ordered on 07/05 and the items arrived exactly as advertised delivered by Royal Mail in the UK on 18/05 (This was slightly longer than usual, but there was a warning before purchase about the Golden Week Holiday in Japan affecting shipping times.)

Edit: I was not offered any help, what’s the solutions you offered me you’re talking about? I had to write multiple emails to even get any answers.
I was told I will not get a refund or another parcel won’t be shipped.
I was told that you will not fill out a form about a lost parcel, which is not a customs issue but a carrier issue.

First of all, please accept our apologies. There appears to have been a mix-up with another customer’s order that had a similar name.
After reviewing your order HRT1540607308, we can confirm that the shipment was dispatched internationally on 11 March and was successfully handed over for delivery from our side.
Under normal circumstances, shipments typically arrive in the destination country within 3–5 business days. Based on the available information, your parcel appears to have reached the destination country, but no further tracking updates have been recorded since then. In our experience, this generally indicates that the shipment may have been retained by customs authorities.
As explained on our website, we offer an optional Shipping Protection service during checkout. This service provides free reshipment protection in cases where a parcel is lost or seized by customs in the destination country.
However, after reviewing your order, we can see that Shipping Protection was not selected during checkout, despite it being clearly offered at the time of purchase. Under our standard policies, responsibility for customs-related issues therefore remains with the customer.
Nevertheless, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we would still like to offer you an alternative solution.
If you wish, we can arrange a replacement shipment provided that you contribute 60% of the original order value, while we cover the remaining 40% ourselves. This is a goodwill arrangement that we offer to customers in situations where Shipping Protection was not selected.

We have been shipping internationally for more than six years and continue to dispatch a significant number of orders to the United Kingdom. Our customs declarations have identified tobacco products as tobacco products since March 2024, and throughout that period we have continued to maintain delivery success rates of approximately 90–95%.
For this reason, we do not believe that customs declarations identifying the contents as tobacco are, by themselves, the reason for individual customs outcomes. Customs inspections and import controls can vary over time and may become more or less stringent depending on the procedures applied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
As with any international postal shipment, parcels may occasionally be selected for inspection, taxation, delay, return, or seizure. However, the vast majority of our shipments continue to be delivered successfully, as reflected in the experiences shared by many customers in our reviews.
If you purchased Shipping Insurance and your shipment has been seized or otherwise failed to arrive, a complimentary replacement shipment may be available. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to review your case.
Even if Shipping Insurance was not selected, we still try to assist customers wherever possible and may be able to offer alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis in the interest of customer satisfaction.

Brilliant, obviously like many I was skeptical about the process, however I bit the bullet and made an order for some things I wanted, expecting to wait a few weeks for it to MAYBE arrive. Nope. 3 days after payment was confirmed I received a parcel from Japan all the way to the UK. Can not recommend them enough. Delivery was quicker than I thought possible.
