Customer service is great and the process is simply amazing...

I visited many times H&T Crawley,never got disappointed.Very friendly,helpful service,skilled and kind.

WARNING: Do not trust this store's "expert authentication." I bought a £780 Omega Seamaster Professional from them, only to find out later during an independent inspection that the internal movement had been replaced with a non-original ETA 255 part. They failed to disclose this. I sent them a formal complaint with photographic evidence under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and they have completely ignored me for over two weeks. Avoid them, or get your purchases independently checked immediately.

Still after 7 weeks waiting to hear from complaints team and almost 6 hours wasted on phone getting passed around and called a liar told various times i will be called back by a manager still not resolved .dont sell watches to this company after 6 months they start sending letters saying you owe them money then you spend hours on the phone trying to resolve nothing will happen until you get outside help stressfull experience still not resolved. I read the message underneath here and tried to contact again not happening that message is just to make it look like they care .check the other negative reviews they all have the same generic message .

I visited the Northampton Abington branch and the manager was very rude there was a service that I have used before with no issues but this time she didn’t want to hear or help me with my issue I’ve been using H&T from 2003 and have spent a lot of money paying in interest over the years

Bought a half sovereign ring on the 5th of may have a tracking number ( 1597 6977 455 2641 ) DPD are supposed to be delivering check there website they don’t have it yet, I have bought items of jewellery in the past and had sub standard delivery from yourself, I want to cancel this order and get a refund, tried to phone but get answer machine, once’s this matter is resolved i will be removing my details and bank details from your website and buying from a more professional outlets.

I went into the Macclesfield branch this morning, I was extremely pleased and surprised with the amount I was offered for my few pieces of gold jewellery. The young lady who served me was so helpful, polite and professional. I definitely recommend visiting H&T Macclesfield.

Lovely staff fair pricing

I walked into the Rose Hill shop and behind the counter was the most miserable pair of ignorant people I have met in a long time.
They didn't want to engage and questions if answered were words of one syllable.
I thought I had walked into a funeral parlour!
The item I wanted to get a price on was a hall marked 9ct gold gold sovereign case.
Not plated or rolled but the genuine article.
The young Indian chap who was serving me just look at me and didn't want to know.
He couldnt open it even though I tried to show him then took a magnet which of course stuck to the stainless steel pin of the hinge and said its not gold?
I said all gold and silver items especiall pocket watches all have steel pins in the hinge as soft metal would not last 5 seconds.
He just would not have it that it was gold.
He just put it back into the pouch and gave it back turning his head.
I lost it big time and said he was clueless.

First time I’ve ever been to a pawnbrokers & I must say how well I was looked after.
The cashier who looked after me explained everything that I needed to know & when I asked questions she answered very professionally.
A very nice cup of coffee by the way

I visited H & T Pawnbrokers Watford High St
I had a small amount of scrap gold (broken rings/bracelets) that had been gathering dust in a drawer.
So browsed the internet for scrap gold price (i appreciate the price is not the same as on the high st)
Walked into town with a low figure in mind.
No complaints about the staff BUT £11 a gram for scrap gold is an absolute joke(although not a funny one)
Walked a few hundred yards up the road to a reputable jewellers Jacksons where they offered me £26 a gram .

They are helpful and very professional! I’m glad that I chose them!

I couldn't fault them at all the staff were very nice friendly and helpful at the high road Tottenham north London branch they are brilliant and I wouldn't change anything 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
