Handybuddy’ customer service is a joke. There’s simply no other way to put it. They seem to be so proud of their live chat experience. But all it has is a defective chat bot. If you ask to connect to a human agent, it will pretend to show you the steps like a real thing. But when you follow the steps, guess what, you’re back to the chat bot again. After being disgusted by this infinite loop, you may think why not call them? I’m so glad you asked, they must be soooo proud of their live chat experience so they DO NOT have a phone number. Last but not least, email. After unable to catch a hold on a human in days with the chat bot keeps telling you non-sense, email is your last hope. After all they promise they’ll reply in 4 business hours. But the best part is, they never share what their business hour is. I guess that’s why it took FOUR BUSINESS DAYS to get a one-liner response email, because their actual business hour is one hour per day?

Don’t get me wrong. The handyman that came to my house to do the installation did a fantastic job. But I feel so bad for myself being stuck with such a horrible customer experience.

This is my first, and definitely last time using HandyBuddy. For those who read this review, please think twice before walking right into that

He was amazing. Highly communicative, and flexible! Even when I called the night before, expressing my concerns on my effort to level out the ground, he came early to fix everything prior to building. This project saved me hours and he did it all by himself!

Experience was good. Company did a great job with assembly.

The installer showed up on time and put the pergola together by himself and did a good and thorough job.

Phenomenal work. Instructions were a bit different than the Pergolux model I purchased but the team was able to get through it just fine. Even staying much later to finish the job. Top notch service and effort.

The person who did the assembly, Moussa (I think) was incredibly kind and helpful and even cleaned the area where the installation took place. Wonderful worker!!!

Bryan did an outstanding job setting up my Lifetime outdoor utility storage shed. He was punctual, detail‑oriented, and made sure everything was assembled securely and exactly where I wanted it. Assembly team was prompt and did quality work putting together the shed. Kept lawn neat and tidy.

Nothing short of a professional crew and helpful experience from start to finish. It was easy to schedule the service, communicate with the vendor, and get our project completed after dealing with issues from the manufacturer.
