I would give 0 stars if it was…

I would give 0 stars if it was possible- i ordered a sim card and the card did not have any signal for 3-4 days and every time i called them they said it will work in 20 mins and guess what, i did not absolutely did not.

The worst serviceI have ever seen in my life. I would actually give them negative ratings if i could.

Order Not Delivered Even After 20 Days!

So I have ordered a smartphone with contract on 8th August, 2025, paid the initial payment, submitted all my ID card. Today it's 28th August, 2025; And I am still not given a date or anything regarding my order. On my account dashboard, it just says "in-progress." Basically I am stuck here, and the customer service is now not even replying. Last they replied is that they are working on my order.

So, if anyone is going to order from this website, please take care of the usual setbacks, such as mine.

UPDATE 29.08.2025
They have self-cancelled my order, saying that there is a technical issue with the contract. Basically they failed to deliver, because of many reasons like out of stock or a bad marketing campaign.
Nevertheless, never ordering again from them. Everyone else, please BEWARE and save your time and efforts.
