I placed an order on Nov 30. I received the order on 12/24. When I wanted to return it, I emailed them for days before only hearing back after I filed a dispute. The item was promptly returned. They kept trying to prolong the case by offering a resolution on the dispute hoping that I wouldn't respond in time so the case would be closed. They did this twice but never followed through with the refund until I said I'd file for a chargeback If necessary. If you are thinking about ordering from them, read all the bad reviews from China Squad. They are the same company and those reviews are true. I found out the hard way
