I just wanted to leave a review to say what a fantastic company Hangsun is. I ordered the water flosser on Amazon in October 2025 in preparation for my son getting braces fitted. I didn't unbox it until a couple of weeks ago (3 months after purchase) and found the power cord was missing so I wouldn't be able to charge it. I contacted Hangsun as it was too late to raise the issue with Amazon, and asked if they could please send me a power cord. They responded quite quickly asking for me to send a brief video showing the contents of the box. Once I had done that, they replied apologising for the inconvenience and advising that they would send a whole new product. Within 3 days the water flosser had arrived, with all contents present and correct. It hasn't been used yet so I can't review the product but I wanted to commend the company for their amazing customer service.

Hangsun DL20 Dehumidifier. We purchased this for our 3 bedroom detached bungalow after problems with a large amount of condensation on our windows that caused water to pool on the windowsills. The dehumidifier ran overnight in cold winter conditions and left the windows dry. Zero condensation. A brilliant product. We run the dehumidifier overnight and switch it off during the day. It is fairly quiet with just a light hum background noise.

Terrible customer care I bought water flosser in august, it started coming on on its own spraying water all over the bathroom, then stopped working all together and won’t charge up, contacted hangsun through Amazon twice about replacement, and they can’t be bothered getting back in touch with me to resolve the matter, not good at all

Water flosser / Oral irrigator. I've had one for 4 years, and it is still going strong with regular daily use. I even travel with it. The battery is still fine. The pressure is steady and excellent. The pressure is strong enough that at the highest setting - where I use it - one has to take care where you aim it. One vulnerability is the charging connection. If you plug it in when the socket is wet, the connection will corrode and be awkward to clean and the unit will not charge. Solution? Only charge when the unit is completely dry.

Purchased a water flosser. Within 30 days it became faulty. Company replaced foc. 8 months later I find out that you cannot purchase replacement water jets/nozzles. Expensive mistake.

I will purchase a more readily available item that is normally sold in the UK.

I bought one of the dental sonic cleaners. It only lasted one month before breaking. Not worth the money at all.
