Fantastic Customer Service!
My first order was delivered to my Post Office but did not make it to my PO Box. I spoke to the Post Master and he is looking into it. I sent an email to HangTen letting them know what happened in case someone mailed them back.
I got an immediate response from Paul who said he would also look into the matter and resend my order immediately. It's not often that I am impressed with customer service before I even get the product! Well done HangTen Kids!

Stylish but faulty
Easy online experience, cute, stylish products.
I’ve bought 2 pair now, however, and both times the lenses began to peel and crack, making them unusable (can’t see through the lens)
I reached out to customer service online and got no response. Would like to support this company, but will never buy from them again.
