Mike was extremely helpful with solving some of my issues considering I’m a smaller account I can appreciate the attention even knowing I’m a smaller account trading with hanko and the most recent updates have made it a much more pleasant experience

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, fast deposit and withdrawal. Low spreads and commission. MICHAEL always answer all my questions and slove my problems, definitely recommend. :)

Support was really quick and efficient…

Support was really quick and efficient in response time! I had Mike as my support, and I must say he was able to gather my information and resolve my issue at hand with no problem at all. Hanko support overall is where you want to be at in terms of a platform that cares about their customer experience!

So far so good

So far so good. I have traded every account type that they have and the professional account is the way to go. You have to deposit a minimum of $1,000 but it has perfect execution and low fees. Anyone saying anything about slippage or execution problems has not used the professional account
