Lovely ceramics in theory. I wish they’d check what they send out. Every single order I’ve placed has come with quality issues. As a result I have to get things sent to me first, rather than send out gifts direct. I’ve also to pay to send back faulty returns. They have agreed to refund me but I’ve had to ask and they make no offer of a return label. I ordered some ceramic spoons in the black Fri sale. One of them came without a face and another chipped. They were meant to be 4 different spoons but the same 2 were repeated. I think they need to consider having things made here as having them made abroad results in quality issues they aren’t picking up on before shipping. To their credit, they do resolve issues when they arise but it takes time. The ceramics aren’t cheap so the quality issues are disappointing.

Awful experience. Ordered 4 owl egg cups in May and I haven't received them yet ( August ). Contacted the company and completly ignored me. They act like scammers, took the money and that's it.

So disappointed!
I have other ceramics by this company that I love, so wanted to buy a cat mad friend of mine a birthday present. Made the order - if there is an opportunity on the order form I will always direct where to safely deliver the parcel if out.
Ordered on 22nd Jan 2023, nothing happened so contacted the company about a week later. They apologised that Royal Mail had lost it, and immediately sent a new one.
Now whether they didn’t put the same delivery info on this parcel or not I don’t know, but Royal Mail wouldn’t leave it - instead putting a card in the box - which has my signature asking them to leave it. There is no options for me to have it redelivered to a neighbour, so now an hour’s round trip to the nearest post office to collect it.
I did try contacting the company again for help, but no response.
If it wasn’t for a present I would let it be sent back, but this is now two days before the date - even though it was ordered weeks ago.
Completely fed up and disappointed in my experience - it isn’t all the company’s fault, but they will choose Royal Mail, so I have no faith in ever buying again, which is so sad as the products look fantastic!
