Had a great service from Hanne & Co for a separation agreement. It was a really difficult time and they were kind, empathetic, honest about what was going to work and what wasn't and very efficient when I needed it completed quickly.

I asked Hanne & Co to quote for conveyancing for a flat in a 5 storey brick block built in the 1930s which has no cladding or wood. They would not quote, citing the Building Safety Act 2022. This is a highly risk averse approach to potential customers which I feel is worth alerting other potential customers to.

We used the conveyancing team at Hanne & Co for the purchase of our first home. They were efficient, friendly and provided helpful guidance throughout a tricky property purchase. Would highly recommend.

Avoid. Almost impossible to reach. Need multiple emails and calls to get a reply. Haven't done our land registry application properly which we only found out two years later when remortgaging.

Hanne were recommended by the estate agent to deal with our mortgage. It's been a very painful process the whole time due to lack of responsiveness. Now we're using a different solicitor called ONP and they reply to emails within a day, it's an incredible difference.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend Hanne & Co and would never use them again.
Slow, uncommunicative and poorly managed.

I made claim against my unlawful landlord, who ignored my complaints to deal with a few disrepairs, especially insulating the roof directly above my flat which let rainwater in for nearly 2 years. My claim was processed with Hanne & Co solicitors who got my landlord to do the insulation eventually. But wrote to me saying there’s no more legal aid to help me with receiving compensation. What hurts the most is them welcoming my landlord to make a spurious counterclaim, accusing me of violence and got me to be in a police station who threateningly used phrases like “shut up”! to taking to me during a caution 3 interview with police. I’m still shocked and shaken. What’s happening in this place?! Money matters! Doesn’t it?! When we pay our rents, we expect to receive services accordingly! Don’t we?! What are they saying then?! I’m still to get over that trauma while they close down my claim years ago.
