Avoid at all costs
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company, and I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered a bike that was supposed to arrive within a two-day window. However, it never showed up. I sent an email asking for an update and received a bizarre reply stating they had no idea about my order and to "ask Paul," with no further details on how to contact him.
After a back and forth, I got hold of Paul, who informed me there was a problem with my order. Despite waiting in for two days for the bike, I was left in the dark with no tracking information or updates. I eventually requested a refund for the 40 euros delivery fee due to the abysmal service. They never replied.
When the bike did arrive, it was not satisfactory. It came on its side, one of the handles was bent inward, and the bike was filthy. They used catalogue images (so you'd expect it to be in excellent condition - to justify not using photos which show the reality), claimed the bike had been serviced, I'm not convinced since the brakes are so unresponsive. The chain was grimy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The bike is covered in a light layer of mud.
In short, never buy a bike from this company. At the very least, do not opt for shipping. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
