Disappointed After 25 Years of Partnership
After more than 25 years of working together, it's incredibly disappointing to see the relationship end in complete silence. We informed the company about the closing of our new Restaurant and Deli in Amsterdam via email—no reply, no acknowledgment, not even a simple goodbye.
Their customer service, if it exists at all, has shown a complete lack of professionalism. During the COVID years, they failed to apply the agreed wholesale prices, consistently overcharging us. Despite multiple requests and reminders, the issue was never properly addressed, and the overpaid amount was never refunded.
The account manager was practically nonexistent, and our long-term partnership was treated as if we were just another account number. It's disheartening to be met with such indifference after decades of loyalty.
