Been a customer for many years and since long before I could afford their products. I addition to a steady decline in overall product quality a recent purchase included men’s underwear that is literally unwearable. The button fly is not sewn on at the mid point but rather about 80% of the way to the top of the fly which results in walking around uncovered. Totally unacceptable products and terrible cx.
Hanro undergarments and loungewear are staples in my wardrobe and have been for decades and will continue to be.
I most recently placed an order online and received it within days to my Hawaiian residence(they used UPS express). Unfortunately, the items weren’t to my liking, therefore, I returned them using their returns form for free. I was refunded for the items in about a week.
They went above and beyond expectations when I had accidentally sent a few tops from a DKNY order. Even though it was my mistake, they paid for shipping to get them back to me within a week.
