Bought ceiling lights but actual item looks quite different than original. Customer service not helpful. Wants me to send back item at my own cost.

Paid for item told it was out of stock and will be sent as soon as it comes in stock. Recieved today a totally different item and black not even white. The number on website doesnt even work and emailing is a joke. If i dont receive a refund i will take this further! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered velvet office chair, very good quality, delivered on time. A minor part was missing (just the black plastic attachment for design not operation), emailed them, received reply the next day & they delivered the part with no hassle.

The worst company ever ordered 2 sofa chairs the company doesn't pick their phone and no reply to the email, the company or delivery xdp no tracking update and they don't answer worst experience ever and have not received my sofa still.

I recently ordered 2 sets of metal bar stools. When they arrived I was really impressed with the quality of them especially considering how inexpensive they were. The only thing I would mention is I didn’t receive the email that I was told I’d receive telling me they’d been dispatched so this made me worry until they arrived. I will definitely order again.

Avoid. I have placed an order and have been emailing them for the past 5 days for an update and still waiting on a response. They don’t answer calls or emails so frustrating. I am wondering if I’ll ever receive the item I ordered

Wish I could also give this company no stars. What a nightmare trying to have a cheap item returned. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Everything done via e mail and although a cheap crap item we are being asked to pay for the return and as yet been given no costs. Will never be using this company again. Very stressful and disappointing.

Horrific company to deal with - avoid at all costs!
I bought 2 armchairs from them which had no holes in them to fit the legs. I emailed to let them know the products were faulty and that I'd like to return for a refund. They told me to make the holes for the legs myself (which if i did and it still didn't fit well, they would have said the chair was damaged and not accepted the return anyway). I told them i would not be drilling holes in the product myself and that I'd like a speedy collection as i had building work going on in my home and the giant boxes were occupying a lot of space. This was in May 2023. They were extremely slow to respond. They offered me a partial refund of £30 and then £60 in order to keep the chairs (total cost £404) i refused. After I filed a complaint with Paypal they reluctantly agreed to have the chairs collected and made me pay half the cost of delivery - they messed up the collection as well! (which occurred IN JULY) and no refund was processed! I emailed them multiple times to request an update and received no response.
Today the complaint I filed has been found in my favor. I have written proof of this entire interaction.
They're not worth the headache! Unethical and unprofessional.

Please if you read one review hear this story! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything online. Ordered a sofa with a 2-7 day estimated delivery time. Over 20 days later it finally arrived- the delivery service they use is also terrible and impossible to track. When it arrived all the legs, screw and middle pole to support the sofa were missing. Nobody picks up the number on the website it goes straight to voicemail. On email after explaining the situation they said the parcel containing the missing items would be with me in 3-7 working days- this was 19 days ago. I recieved the parcel today and it has the legs but no screws or central pole despite sending the explanation clearly stating all the items that were meeting. Again- impossible to reach through the customer service number. DO NOT USE.

Quick delivery. Good response to emails. Expected 3-5 days... Came within 2 days. Easy to build. Good quality and good value wingback reading chair.

i order them Sunday 2 armchair and i received them Tuesday unbelievable quick I love the way packing very good quality and so less price from the market I was a little nervous, it might be a trap, but I was wrong, now I can buy the other deficiencies of my house with peace of mind.

Excellent customer service. I needed to exchange a garden table for the smaller size and it all went very smoothly. Very fast and efficient replies to my emails and the replacement was delivered 5 days earlier than expected. The table is excellent quality

Can’t recommend this company highly enough , we ordered 2 gas patio heaters & they came properly packaged & were also quick to be delivered !….. I had an issue with them once assembled but this was quickly resolved & their customer support was excellent, the product themselves were also of good quality so very happy with our purchase , wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again , very impressed !!
