I bought a bikini via Debenhams with this company which was too small. Trying to obtain a return label & refund is proving impossible. Either their email bounces back, or they ignore me. Debenhams should have vetted them better, Debenhams customer service email says they cannot track this item and cannot assist.
If I could give a minus score on this I would and I will never use Debenhams online website again.

Will not recommend, the item I ordered had some part missing, I contacted them and they never got back to me, very poor

This company is not to be trusted. I bought a bikini which is too small and trying to obtain a refund is near impossible. After sending several emails to them they asked if it had been worn. I answered no and asked again for refund instructions only to be asked if I wanted to keep it and I could have 50% refund. What's the point of keeping something I can't wear? I'm now waiting for a further email to advise me how to return but they're stalling. This has to be a scam. As for Debenhams, you should be vetting the companies you have on your website. This is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 bikinis via Debenhams (Shame on you Debenhams for not vetting who you allow to sell through your website)
I have now asked for a refund 3 times as they are too small, they have asked me twice if I’d like to keep them for 50% off, I mean what part of too small are they not getting.
They are stalling and the customer service and company are not trust worthy enough.
I will definitely not buy from them again… stupidly I thought buying from Debenhams would be ok, clearly not.

I purchased a bikini online from Debenhams that was sold directly from this company. Trying to return it because it’s too small has been a joke. This is what I was offered quote “ considering the trouble and inconvenience that returning the product may cause you, would you like to accept a 50% discount for keeping the item?
It also can save your time to return it, or it can also be kept as a spare, in case of emergencies.” After I clearly stated it was too small. Very poor customer service finally offered refund after numerous emails repeating myself! Time will tell if I receive it?

I purchased an armchair from this company. I had bad vibes about them when I didn't receive a confirmation email. They are not answering my emails despite saying on the site that all emails are answered within 24-48 hours. It has been 6 days and no contact, no phone number on the site. The order reads 'fulfilled' on the purchase, but I have received nothing. I have reported them to my bank as a scam company. I will be contacting consumer advice tomorrow. This site should be taken down as it is not fit for purpose.

Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this company. Their communication is non existent. My sofa arrived. I quickly realised. It couldn’t be assembled. Due to it being faulted. I then e mailed the company. On the day and numerous times since. I am yet to receive any form of contact. Although their site does state. They will answer in around 48 hours. It has now been well over a week. Therefore I have now got my bank and trading standards involved. As the goods are not fit for purpose. I can’t stress enough. How much I would advise anyone. Against dealing with this company!

AWFUL COMPANY AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE REVIEWS. If you are lucky and checked here before buying don’t ignore the reviews. No replies and no way to return damaged items. I have reported them to the police and regulatory authority.

Shocking took payment my order was damaged and supplier informed from courier company send loads of e mails to sort out re delivery 3 weeks on no fire redelived but worst part of it no one replys to your e mails absolutely disgusting support I would never by anything from these people again took payment and nothing to show for it do not use this company at all you cannot contact them if a problem only by e mail with no response avoid avoid avoid!!!

I paid an extra delivery fee due to where I am in the country since then no communication with anyone on email , Facebook messenger, Instagram DM.

No phone number to call either.

Worst company I have dealt with.
Now having to go through my bank and klarna to get payments back

Ordered a BBQ paid extra for express delivery 1-3 days still waiting a week later, emailed them twice and had no reply and there is no phone number. I can’t afford to be throwing £100 down the drain

It’s a feature as well as a lamp

It is a bright white light that looks amazing against our white walls and dark leather sofa.
I have mine standing by itself right by the living room door.
The white light is very bright, and lights up the hallway just outside.
I can’t help but stare as it’s quite a feature.
I’m a bit confused as the white light is so bright, I wonder whether there is a risk of damage to the eyes.
The advertisement says the light is eye friendly, but the accompanying leaflet says not to look directly into the light; which is a bit contradictory.
It does wobble a bit, and would have been better if it had a dimmer switch.
In conclusion, I’m very happy that I bought it, it looks stunning, the price was competitive compared to similar designs.

This item is great, very easy to assemble and very compact. It can fold into itself for ease of use and great for picnics.

Good quality table

Table arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and looks great, very sturdy and ideal to complete my patio set. Very fast delivery service as well!

Avoid! I ordered a set of bar stools. The condition was awful. Both stools had Damage, scratches and slight tears to material of seats. Metal bent and Also rusted. Imagine buying new stools and have to hammer the metal back into shape in order to attach the seat! I emailed them twice with photos of the condition and I have not got a single reply.

Delivery was excellent (approx.1 week).
I found the instructions very comprehensive with no parts missing and well packed.
I first put down a base of 3 (60 x 60 cm) slabs and erected it myself over a period of 3 days. I'm a keen DIY enthusiast but in my 70's therefore I paced myself (constantly referring to the instructions and checking for squareness of the assembly). The 2 spatulas included in the kit were excellent for inserting the panels and fitting the roof.
I only needed a second person (my daughter) to help, when fitting the roof.
I think you would have to put a rack inside for storage of small items, as I don't think it would be feasible to fit shelves to this structure, but it is more than sturdy enough for my requirement
The shed is a great looking addition to the garden.

I ordered a Grey Linen / Faux Fur Upholstered Storage Entryway Bench on 13/03/2025 which I desperately needed for my housewarming on 22/03/2025. Given their standard delivery times advertised, I should have received the item on time. Instead, I was charged, I never received any confirmation of my order through e-mail or text, and the product has still not been delivered nearly 3 weeks later. I ended up having to put up deck-chairs in my living room for the housewarming after waiting a year for that day due to building my home. The company has no contact number or live chat, only an e-mail enquiry built into their website which is usually a good indicator of a scam. I used their e-mail tool before writing this review, if they get in touch and deliver my order soon, I will consider amending this review, otherwise I will get my money back through my bank and spread awareness.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered an 8 foot trampoline from this company through the Debenhams website. Upon trying to assemble the trampoline realised there were several parts missing. Firstly the green sleeves to cover the foam on the trampolines arms and secondly the fibre glass rod to hold the trampoline safety net in place on the trampoline arms.
Reported to Debenhams who ensure me they reported the issue to H & O Direct and to give them 2 days to get in touch, after 2 days nothing was told by Debenhams to give another 2 days - still nothing after the further 2 days - now another 2 days. 7 days ago I initially reported it and still nothing from either Debenhams or H & O Direct.
I have even messaged H & O Direct several times but no response directly from them either. I have asked on numerous occasions to Debenhams what the returns policy on large bulky items is but they are reluctant to send me the details (I’m still waiting).
People may say I’m being inpatient but I have 2 kids (3 year old) waiting to use this half built trampoline and can’t cos the safety net can’t be attached.
Disgraceful customer service from H & O Direct and Debenhams.

I ordered a fire which I didn’t receive in the time frame given. I have sent 3 emails with no replies. There is no telephone number and when I have checked the building they say they are registered at and company names are not registered with companies house. After I posted this the fire arrived that afternoon still no answers to any emails i just hope their are no problems with it.
