I had issues with my order and reached out multiple times with no response. On top of that, the quality is terrible: my contacts actually ripped. I’ve been wearing contacts for over 10 years and that has NEVER happened to me. I left a 1-star review and they removed it, which is extremely shady. I do not recommend this company.
Honestly, in my opinion, Hapa Kristin lenses are high quality, strong, pretty, and easy to wear.
I have sensitive eyes, and these are the most comfortable lenses I’ve tried. I use the daily ones, and they’ve worked perfectly for me. Unlike other brands, these don’t cause any burning or irritation, just all day comfort.
On top of that, the Hapa Kristin customer service team is so kind and responsive. They reply quickly and are always helpful. 1000/10, would recommend!
