Used it for a month and it was great then my gums became sore and I had to stop. Having an extra unused ..expensive tube I requested a return and refund. Eventually I had a response asking about details of the tube which I furnished, nothing since a month ago. Very poor customer service .

I have asked, repeatedly, to cancel my subscription. I have removed my card data from my account - and STILL I am being charged every two months for this service. I have contacted Happier Beauty and they simply do not respond to my emails.

UPDATE: I have now been sent a key, so will purchase again...

Given the price of the toothpaste its disappointing that you aren't sent a key with the first purchase - without the key you can't properly get the toothpaste out...so have thrown a quarter of the first tube out as you can't squeeze the tube without it being a bit of a scrunched up mess..it should be clear that you need the key to be able to properly use the tubes

Unfortunately I have an incredibly sore mouth and really sensitive teeth after using this toothpaste, I was really hoping it would really gently whiten but I had to stop using it as my mouth was unbearably sore, and I'm definitely going to have to get another product to cope with the sensitivity, sad it didn't work for me!

Sadly my daughter has just tried the toothpaste and likes it but I won’t be buying from them again.
Before even trying this product which had been bought as a Christmas present we received a second box with two tubes. I immediately contacted them to say I did not sign up for subscription and haven’t tried the product at this point, they were very helpful in saying they’re except a return and send a refund. My return cost me an extra £5, I photographed the post office tracking number and proof of their receiving their parcel back and now they will not respond to any of my emails. I want my money back and I’ll be asking for the additional £5 if this carry’s on! I’ll be finding an alternative product as I’m not putting up with this customer service from any company any more!

I have no issue with the product - my daughter seems to like it but the customer service experience, which started off great, has sadly been appalling and non existent since. I am still waiting for a refund on a product that I have returned - the outer box hadn’t even been opened .. since then I have received no replies …. Now that the refund is due 😣 ! I don’t it’s not like I have the product still… happier beauty have had their cake and eaten my money!

This whitening toothpaste did nothing for me at all. I was brushing 3x day for 10 days disappointing!
When I asked for more information my email was ignored.
I decided to ask for a refund as per their advertising. They said as I’ve used the toothpaste they can’t refund. How do you know if you can’t try it. Doesn’t add up! If it works for you then fantastic! but if it doesn’t they just aren’t interested. They already have your money..

Very pleased to buy toothpaste in metal tubes because they’re so easy to roll up especially with the key! Plastic ones create such a lot of waste and don’t roll up. I’ve bought them for presents this time, hoping to be an influencer!🤣

I absolutely love this toothpaste! It’s great it’s so full of natural ingredients not like most/all other brands! I love the taste as it tastes so clean. Wish it was available in the shops! The company/website is easy and quick to deal with and dispatch!

I appreciate the recyclable tube but the toothpaste leaves a bad aftertaste for me.

Delivered timely and love the ethos of this company. Only slight niggle is toothpaste needs to be a bit thicker.

Perfect toothpaste! Low bubble. After brushing, teeth are really clean and clear! ! Strongly recommend it!!

The toothpaste is very runny and doesn’t foam up in your mouth, so my mouth didn’t feel very fresh after using it, also not noticed a huge difference in the whiteness of my teeth.

It seems to clean well but I was expecting much better whitening results based off of the claims for this product. Disappointed.

I’ve used two tubes of Happier toothpaste. It’s good stuff - whitens and cleans very well. But it’s runny - a bit messy - and the tubes don’t seem to last all that long. So it’s expensive. I think I prefer toothpaste tablets as the most sustainable option

I like the ethical standards of the company but the toothpaste is very expensive and I have been using it for a while and during this time my teeth have become more sensitive.

Absolutely LOVE my new toothpaste, and the roller handle thingy that means I get every last drop from the tube. Performing really well and I can’t get enough of the natural ingredients (I can’t believe how much fake stuff the other brands have in them)
